ARTICLE 1: Scope

These general terms and conditions of sale (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to all reservations for activities offered on the website as-excursions.fr (the “Site”). By booking an activity on the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

ARTICLE 2: Reservation

Reservations for activities on the Site are subject to availability. To book an activity, you must fill out the online reservation form and make the payment online.

ARTICLE 3: Payment

Payment for activities reserved on the Site must be made online by credit card. The prices displayed on the Site are in euros and all taxes are included.

ARTICLE 4: Modification or cancellation of the reservation

Any modification or cancellation of your reservation must be made by phone or email. The conditions for modification or cancellation vary depending on each activity and are indicated on the booking page. If an activity is canceled for reasons beyond our control (such as unfavorable weather conditions), we undertake to fully refund the amounts paid for that activity.

ARTICLE 5: Liability

AS Excursions disclaims all liability in the event of an accident, loss, or damage caused to your person or property during an activity booked on the Site. By booking an activity on the Site, you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks associated with this activity and release AS Excursions from any liability in this regard.

ARTICLE 6: Protection of personal data

The personal data collected when booking an activity on the Site is necessary for the management of your reservation. This data is kept in accordance with current regulations and is not transmitted to third parties under any circumstances. You have the right to access, rectify and delete this data.

ARTICLE 7: Intellectual property

The Site and its content are the exclusive property of AS Excursions and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation of all or part of the Site, without prior authorization from AS Excursions, is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 8: Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

By using the Site and booking an activity on the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and undertake to comply with them.
